Rosie Sykes and Zoe Heron were in the Working Lunch studio for ‘Money Saving Monday’, discussing ways to save money on home cooking by making food go further.

Their book ‘A Kitchen Revolution’ to which Polly Russell also contributed, talks about using different tasty cuts of meat which may take longer to cook but are much cheaper than the common supermarket cuts.
