On Thursday night England rugby ace Johnny Wilkinson popped into The One Show for a chat with Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley about his new autobiography entitled Johnny Wilkinson: Tackling Life.

Johnny revealed that playing guitar was one of the things he did to keep himself busy, and also revealed he has an ‘obsessive side’ which is revealed in his book. In Tackling Life, Johnny Wilkinson also talks frankly about his misery that came hand in hand with his success in English rugby, including feelings of misery the morning after kicking the winning goal for England in the Rugby World Cup Final.
