Linda Bellingham is famous for the Oxo ads and she also appears on ITV daytime show Loose Women. She is now turning her hand to the stage production of Calendar Girls, based on the hit film of the same name and based on a true story.
Linda Bellingham was quizzed on Calendar Girls the play by The One Show presenters Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley. Linda said that Calendar Girls was a very good British story, a real joyous attitude to the whole business. She said it was so nice to be in a play with seven older women, as older women often ‘become invisible’ as far as casting is concerned once they reach a certain age.
