Human Touch I-Joy Board as seen on Something for the Weekend
Electronics, Gifts & Gadgets, Health & Beauty, Something For The Weekend, Sports & Leisure Add commentsThe Human Touch I-Joy Board was the second of this week’s Something for the Weekend gadgets. Seema Palmer told Something for the Weekend presenter Tim Lovejoy that the Human Touch I Joy Board was a portable fitness machine. When you stand on the skateboard sized platform it vibrates and wobbles you around, forcing you to constantly shift your centre of gravity in order to stay on the board. The experience feels like surfing or snowboarding but from the comfort of your own home, and the Human Touch I-Joy Board provides a great workout of many different muscle groups. A really fun way to keep fit, we think.
The Human Touch I-Joy Board has 3 levels, from Beginner to Advanced. Speeds can be changed whilst using the I-Joy Board with the supplied handheld wireless remote control. It works on your core strength, but also your inner thighs and buttocks.
