A French Syrah Grenache 2007 was chosen by Saturday Kitchen wine expert Susie Barrie to go with Stuart Gillies tuna dish. Susie chose a full-bodied red wine to go with the creaminess of the parsnips and the intensity of the red wine sauce. The Syrah Grenache 2007 has juicy blackberry fruit notes and mediterranean smell.
