Christian O’Connell, who appeared as a guest on ITV’s Loose Women recently, is the presenter of the weekday breakfast show on Virgin Radio. He’s recently put pen to paper to create the definitive dissection of what it’s like to be a real life man. His book is titled ‘The Men Commandments‘.

In one of the chapters from The Men Commandments, Christian explained to the Loose Women gang that he has tried to explain what the 78 genetic differences between man and women are. Christian admitted that men are quite easy to please: “It starts in their pants and goes no further to be honest”. The book compares men and women’s different attitudes to list making, and the ‘I’ll have one of yours’ gene which women seem to possess.
