The author of Beside Every Successful Man Megan Basham appeared on GMTV with Lorraine via live satellite linkup from Phoenix, Arizona for a chat with Lorraine. Instead of enraging career women throughout the country, Megan claimed that the main intention of her new book was to be aimed at the vast majority of women who say they would prefer to work part-time or fewer hours once they have kids – Beside Every Successful Man aims to show this type of woman how to get what they want. Megan claims that many wives who stay at home and aid their husbands through child care and more, basically acting as their husband’s PA, have a significant effect on the earnings of their husband and hence their family.
