Verne Troyer is favourite to win Celebrity Big Brother 2009. The diminutive actor has starred alongside Hollywood heavyweights such as Mike Myers, Heath Ledger, Johnny Depp and Daniel Radcliffe in a long and successful acting career which began when he played a baby’s stunt double in the 1994 film Baby’s Day Out, from the makers of Home Alone. Verne Troyer has most recently made The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassus, Heath Ledger’s final film and one directed by Terry Gilliam.
Verne Troyer has been an entertaining member of the Big Brother house alongside the likes of Ulrika Jonsson, La Toya Jackson and Coolio. Whether Verne can win Big Brother remains to be seen, but he’s in with a good shout according to bookmakers Paddy Power.
Verne Troyer is best known for his hilarious turns as Mini-Me in the Austin Powers films - as Dr. Evil’s sidekick. The Austin Powers Trilogy was a huge box-office success.
