The Nations Favourite Bee Gees Song

The Bee Gees have had a remarkable career, and tonight’s ITV music extravaganza ‘The Nation’s Favourite Bee Gees Song’ is a tribute to them. Amanda Holden counts down their greatest hits as chosen by the public. It features contributions from the remaining Bee Gees, Robin and Barry Gibb, and a whole host of celebrity fans including Elton John and Dave Grohl.

The Bee Gees are one of, if not the, most covered groups of all time. Their hits include Grease, Night Fever, Staying Alive, Islands in the Stream, Massachusetts and How Deep is Your Love. They’ve collaborated with the likes of Celine Dion and Diana Ross. This ITV Bee Gees tribute is a must watch for any Bee Gees fans. Which of the Bee Gees songs will be crowned the nation’s favourite?

The Bee Gees ‘Number Ones’ album is a tribute to the group, and a fantastic collection of 20 Bee Gees songs, 19 of which have been Number 1 in the charts. The other, Man In The Middle, is included as a special tribute to Maurice Gibb who sadly passed away in 2003.

Martin Lewis Money Saving Tips as seen on Lorraine

Lorraine, Uncategorized No Comments »

Martin Lewis is a regular guest on Lorraine, and this morning he told viewers about the latest great deals to be had in the run up to Christmas.

Firstly, a great deal on your savings from the State Bank of India. It pays a whopping 4.5%, but that’s because it’s a 5 year fixed account. However on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th anniversaries of you depositing the money, you are allowed to withdraw your cash, albeit with an interest penalty for doing so. You can only get this deal today as it ends tomorrow, so if you want to take Martin Lewis’ advice and take up this offer, click here.

If you want easy access to your money and don’t want to be locked in to a fixed term, Martin Lewis recommends the Nationwide MySave Online Plus. This pays 2.99% as long as you don’t withdraw your cash more than once in a year, in which case the interest rate drops for a month. You can sign up for the Nationwide MySave Online Plus account here.

If you want true easy access with no penalties at all, the best rate you can get is from the Post Office. Martin Lewis revealed that their best interest rate was 2.90%, the Post Office Online Saver. You can apply for a Post Office Online Saver account here.

The next Martin Lewis Lorraine deal was a free personalised photo book. It is a great Christmas present idea and comes from a brand new website called All Say Cheese. Simply upload your photos and they will send you your free personalised photo book at no cost. All they take from you is your name and address. Get your free personalised photo book from AllSayCheese here.

Next up were some great beauty deals. Martin Lewis said that if you go to Space.NK and use the discount code ‘glamslam’ (either in a Space NK store or online here) you can get 20% off all of their beauty products. For up to 50% off the Benefit range, go via the website halfpriceperfume.co.uk.

Finally, a Paris Family Daytrip for just £9.50. This offer includes 4 tickets to Disneyland Paris and car ferry across and back on a day return for as little as £9.50. To get this amazingly cheap deal, you need to collect 7 vouchers from different editions of The Sun Newspaper.
