I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out Of Here returns to ITV this Sunday, and to celebrate the return of one of our favourite TV shows we are giving away a fantastic Which Witchetty Grub game, an I’m A Celebrity game.
This game is reminiscent of the eating challenges from the show. The Which Witchetty Grub box contains 10 chocolate witchetty grubs. 7 of them are delicious, but 3 of them taste like tripe, ie disgusting. The game is like an eating version of Russian Roulette. Take it in turns to choose a witchetty grub and bite into it. Will you be lucky?
To win this game, here is what you have to do:
1) Share this link on either Facebook or Twitter using the f share or t share buttons at the end of this article, and
2) Like us on Facebook. One lucky winner will be picked at random next week.
Terms & Conditions:
Competition closes on Sunday 20 November 2011. One lucky winner will be picked at random. Competition is only open to UK mainland residents.
Shaun Ryder has just returned from a successful jaunt in the jungle where he finished runner-up to Stacey Solomon on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! Since coming back to the UK Shaun has made several TV appearances to promote his new album. This morning he appeared on This Morning to talk about his new album, XXX 30 Years of Bellyaching.
XXX: 30 Years of Bellyaching is an album which features the very best of Shaun Ryder’s career, and charts his musical journey from the Happy Mondays to Black Grape and the Gorillaz. Songs on this Shaun Ryder album include Step On, Kinky Afro, Judge Fudge, England’s Irie, Reverand Black Grape and Dare.
Former X Factor contestant Stacey Solomon had to take part in a bushtucker trial on last night’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! in order to win meals for her camp mates, who include former Bond girl Britt Eckland, Linford Christie and Nigel Havers. See how many stars she got by watching this video of her task:
Who do you want to win I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! 2010? Let us know by leaving a comment!
Recognise the guy on the album cover? Yep, that was I’m a Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here!’s David Van Day in his heyday, as part of the 80′s pop duo Dollar. David Van Day was a late arrival into the jungle with Timmy Mallett who he formed a strong friendship with. The former Dollar singer entertained and annoyed in equal measure in the jungle – he managed to ruffle feathers within minutes of his arrival by starting an argument over sleeping arrangements in camp.
David Van Day’s jungle highlights included his constant rowing with Nicola, a few hilarious bushtucker trials including the Hell-o-phone and the cave trial, the teapot chest trial with Martina Navratilova in which David proceeded to be soaked again and again. But perhaps most remembered will be the penning of potential new hit ‘Bif Baf Bof (We’re Celebrities)’ a collaboration with former Wacaday loony TImmy Mallett.
Sales of ‘Dollar: The Platinum Collection’ are likely to soar given David Van Day’s recent return to fame. This is classic 80′s pop and a great throwback to that decade for fans of the pop duo.
I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is back for a new series starting this Sunday on ITV. But who will be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle from this motley crew: TV personality Esther Rantzen, Veritas leader Robert Kilroy-Silk, WAG Carly Zucker, singer and former member of Blue Simon Webbe, tennis legend Martina Navratilova, former East-Ender Joe Swash, former model and TV presenter Dani Behr, Star Trek’s George Takei, former police chief Brian Paddick and page 3 girl Nicola McLean?
Paddy Power are offering various bets on this year’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! including outright winner bets, 1st bushtucker trial bets and novelty bets, for instance Brian Paddick is 25-1 to smoke cannabis in camp.
