Today’s episode of Celebrity Coach Trip saw Brendan guide the Z-listers to Rome for the final day of the trip, where they learnt how to make pizza the real Italian way. It’s been an exhilarating trip for the coach trippers at times, but what they did on the last day was one of the most enjoyable: a tour of Rome on a Segway.
A Segway is an ultra-cool way to travel. It’s an advanced vertical scooter which you control with your own balance. Lean forward to go forward, lean backwards to stop. It only takes a few minutes to master a Segway, and after that the fun you get out of it is immense. Going to Rome to ride them like the Celebrity Coach Trip gang is a dream that many simply can’t afford at the moment, but the good news is that Segways are now available to ride in the UK.
We’ve teamed up with Buyagift to offer a ‘Segway rally for two’ experience, where you and a friend will get to ride these scooters at one of 12 different locations in the UK. A full training session will teach you how to handle the Segway at a laid-back pace, and once you’re confident you get to try the Segway rally track where you can really test your skills.

On the last episode of Coach Trip there was a dramatic early morning departure due to a panic attack, before the coach tour reached the city of Split in Croatia where some local hunks taught the coach trip gang some Croatian watersports, with mixed results. As usual tour guide Brendon tries his best to keep the peace.
Split is Croatia’s second city and boasts one of the most impressive and complete Roman ruins in the world. You can book a coach trip to Croatia as seen on Coach Trip by visiting Expedia:

Coach Trip is a Channel 4 reality TV show where a load of Brits set off on a coach trip around Europe for six weeks. Professional tour guide Brendon tries to keep the peace as tensions often run high between the 14 coach trip contestants. Couples who become too annoying for the rest of the coach trippers are voted off the show and have to leave.
Today the coach trip arrived in Lake Garda in Italy, a beautiful lake surrounded by holiday resorts and breathtaking scenery. Coach trip volunteers embarked on a sailing trip and grape juice tasting. Located in Northern Italy, Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy. There is plenty to do including watersports and sightseeing or just sunbathing and taking in the amazing vistas. Milan, Venice and Verona are not too far away if you want to travel slightly further afield.
